I’ve been there. Over the years, as I grew my businesses, I started and stopped, pieced things together, and had a lot of self-doubts. People seemed to do things better than me and I felt like I wasn't doing enough. I felt unsure, overwhelmed, and alone. I am the owner of Sondra Financial Services®, LLC & Daphnee LagredelleCO™. I am a Small Business Strategist, a Business Coach, an Entrepreneur, and a passionate Social Worker. My mission is to help women from the African Diaspora to build a profitable B2B or B2C online business. I was born in Haiti and raised in Staten-Island, New York. As the Founder of SFS, I am on a mission to inspire black women entrepreneurs from the African diaspora on how to be financially stable and educate them on different steps to start their own online business. I earned an Associate degree in Behavioral Health & Human Services, a Bachelor's degree in Social Work, and a Master's degree in Leadership. Currently, I am working on a P.hD in Behavioral Health. I have over 6 years of experience in facilitating large workshops and informational sessions. I have spoken for nonprofit organizations and more. My talks span from 30 minutes up to a half-day workshop.
